1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic beads is also called as ceramic blasting media,it selects
the high quality zircon sand as main
material,then fused in arc furnace,finally made into different
micro-beads by special technology.
Ceramic beads has wide particle size from B20 to B505,it can match
most blasting machines in dry and
wet blasting.
Compared with glass beads,the service life of ceramic beads can be
prolonged 20-30 times,it is not easy
to be brokendown in the blasting process,the non-borken beads will
maintain its original shape and property
people don't need to refuel it frequently,then it will finally
improve the working efficiency and reduce the
overall production cost seen from the long term.
