1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic blasting media is also called as ceramic beads,it has
smooth surface,good sphericity,low breakdown
rate, it is also one round solid blasting media,widely used in
automobile industry.
It selects the high quality zircon sand as main raw material,then
fused in arc furnace under high temperature
over 2000 degrees,finally screened into different microbeads form
B20(0.600-0.850mm) to B505(0.010-0.030mm).
Ceramic beads has wide particle size distribution,it can match most
blasting machines.
If you are looking for one clean and more efficient blasting media
to replace glass beads,then ceramic beads
will be the best choice for you.

5. How to Store, Pack and Use Cceramic Beads:
Ceramic beads should be stored in dry clean and ventilated indoor
environment;
Please kindly wear masks and protective suit when using ceramic
beads;
It is generally packed in 25kg round barrels , 12.5 round barrels
or 25kgs square barrels.
When using ceramic beads for first time,please kindly open 1/3 to
1/2 vest of dust collector,since ceramic
beads need the wind to be recycled in the blasting process.
