1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting Media
Ceramic Beads is also called as zirconia sand,it selects the
high-quality imported Australian zircon sand
as the main raw material, then fused in electronic furnace under
high temperature over 2000 degrees.
It is an efficient and green blasting material,usually used to
replace glass beads where one clean blasting
working condition is required or to replace steel shots where one
ferrous contamination is prohibited.
Ceramic beads is more suitable for metal surface finish.

4.How to sandblasting with ceramic beads blasting media?
Generally speaking,there are four kinds of blasting methods:
Firstly, dry blasting,it will generate large dust in whole blasting
process, which is harmful to environmental and
health;
Secondly,wet blasting,Although there is no dust in blasting
process, moisture will make the surface rust again.
Thirdly,dustless blasting,the blasting process,including
feeding,blasting and wasted sand collection is finished in
one closed and continuous system to prevent dust-leak;
Forthly, high-pressure water blasting,it is mainly used for remove
the large-area rust in ship hulls, oil tanks, oil
tanks, boilers, etc.
