1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic bead is also called as ceramic blasting media,it is one
clean and high efficient blasting media,
which is widely used in blasting process for plastic parts,rubber
parts,aluminium parts, titanium parts,
magnesium parts etc.
It has lower break-down rate,which will generate little dust in
whole blasting process,it can replace glass
beads where one clean and bright working condition is required.
Compared with glass beads,the service life of ceramic beads will be
prolonged 20-30 times, it is one ideal
and high efficient blasting media in blasting applications.

sphericity(length/width rate:0.80) over 85%.
Cleanliness is also one important factor affects the quality of
ceramic beads. It is easy to judge the cleanliness
of ceramic beads, just put ceramic beads into clean water,then the
