1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic Beads is also called as ceramic blasting media,it is one
clean and efficient blasting media,which
is made of high-quality Australian imported.
zircon sand as the main raw material,then fused in one arc furnace
under high temperature over 2000
degrees,then made into different size through the process of
balling,electromagnetic, screening, inspection
and packing.
Ceramic beads has wide particle size from B20 (0.600-0.850mm) to
B505 (0.010-0.030mm), which can
meet different sandblasting requirements.
Meanwhile, ceramic beads has the characteristics of high hardness,
good elasticity, and high sphericity,
which is especially suitable for metal surface finishing.

Different particle size
The particle size of ceramic beads ranges from B20(0.600-0.850mm)
to B505(0.010-0.030mm),while the
one of ceramic shot peening ranges from Z850(0.850-1.180mm) to
Z100(0.100-0.150mm) and its particle
size distribution is more narrow and concentrated.
Different Application
Ceramic beads is widely used for molds surface cleaning of glass
bottle molds,tie molds or surface finish of
metal parts,while ceramic shot peening is used for surface
strengthening in aircraft and automobile industry
such as aircraft structural parts,engines and automobile mechanical
