1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic beads is also called as ceramic blasting media,it is one
white solid beads, with more than 700HV
hardness.Ceramic Beads selects the high quality imported zircon
sand as the main raw material,then fused
in an arc furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees.
Ceramic beads has a remarkable characteristics of high hardness,
good elasticity and high sphericity,
especially suitable for the metal surface finish. Meanwhile,it also
has a dense crystal structure and strength,
which is not easy to be broken in the whole process of
sandblasting, and generate little dust, then provide a
clean and bright blasting environment, also ensuring that operators
are far away from the hidden danger of
silicosis, and reducing the cost of solid waste treatment.
