DESCRIPTION
Ceramic beads blasting media also called zirconia ceramic beads,
with ZrO2 60%-68%, is made from zirconium sand, melting and
blending in the high temperature mine heat furnace, then made to
micro beads.
It’s one of high cost performance blasting media with 20 times
longer life than glass beads, and can be recycle because it does
not break down during sandblasting.
Suitable for the surface blasting treatment of stainless steel,
non-ferrous metals, and certain composite materials.
