1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting
Ceramic Beads has lower break-down rate,which will generate little
dust in whole blasting process,so it is
one clean blasting media.
It will last twenty to thirty times longer than the one of glass
beads, then it is also one cost-effective abrasive.
If clean working condition and non ferrous contamination are
concerned, ceramic beads is the best choice.

4. Usage Guidelines For Ceramic Bead Blasting Media
Please open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector When using ceramic
beads for the first time,
Since ceramic beads need the wind to be recycled in the blasting
process.
Ceramic beads maybe used in wet and dry blasting equipment, both
airless and compressed air.
Please ensure the blades is covered by sufficient ceramic beads
when used in airless blasting equipment
to avoid the higher breakdown rate.
When used in airless blasting equipment, sufficient media coverage
of the blades must be maintained to
avoid excessive media breakdown rates.
Ensure blasting equipment contains a good operating mix if removal
of millscale / discolouration is required.
