Ceramic shot peening is selected the high quality zircon sand as
main raw material,then fused in one
electric furnace under high temperature,then made into different
micro sizes.
Ceramic shot peening contains 60-66% ZrO2,the unique internal
crystal phase ensures its higher
hardness and better impact resistance. Its perfectly smooth surface
and low breakdown rate provides
one clean working condition.Meanwhile,its stable chemical inertia
will also provide zero contamination
to the surface of workpieces.
