adhesion, good hydrophilicity, and less heat. The fine Emery powder
is suitable for the grinding and polishing of precision parts of
bicycles, sewing machines, hard metal tools, medical equipment, and
watches, also suitable to polishing stainless steel tablewares,
like forks, knife, etc..
Particle sizes distribution can be made according to FEAP, JIS,
ANSI standard, also the clients’ own requirements.

- APPLICATION For stainless steel polishing
Firstly, the black Emery powder #90-#220 is used for sand blasting,
grinding and polishing of various stainless steel, ordinary steel,
copper, aluminum, bamboo, glass and other workpieces, especially on
the polishing treatment of stainless steel surface, the effect is
more prominent. .
It can also be converted into a sanding belt by using black emery
powder into an abrasive cloth, and various abrasive products such
as a sponge block, a resin grinding wheel, and a nylon wheel are
used for polishing.
Secondly, the workpiece needs to be ground and polished. When there
is a certain grinding requirement, the black emery powder can be
compounded with other abrasives grits with higher hardness and
better wear resistance to make polishing wheels, fiber wheels,
abrasive belts, etc. The effect is better than using black emery
powder only, and the cost performance is higher.
Key Notes: Using black emery powder for polishing, especially for
stainless steel surface polishing, use pure black emery powder; if
for polishing& grinding, can be used with other abrasive like brown
fused alumina, Calcined brown fused alumina, single crystal fused
