1. Product Description of 95 Yttrium Stabilized Zirconia Grinding Beads
95 Zirconia beads selects the high quality micrometer and
sub-nanometer zirconia powder and yttrium
oxide as the raw materials,so it is also called as 95 Yttrium
Stabilized Zirconia Beads. Since it has
tetragonal zirconium polycrystal, then it is also called as "TZP"

4. How to choose the right size of zirconia beads?
The size of zirconia beads used for sand mill is determined by the
feeding particle size and discharging
particle size of the material to be ground.
Generally speaking, the size of zirconia beads is one thousand
times as the one of discharge particle
size of grinding materials.
If the difference gap between the initial particle size and the
target particle size exceeds 1000 times,
two kinds of grinding may be required. In addition, In addition, it
is also required to refer to the diameter
of separator screen and other working conditions. And also need to
check if the separator and screen
diameter of the grinder are proper. The minimum diameter of the
bead is generally equal to twice the
diameter of the screen. For example,If the screen clearance is 0.15
mm, then the minimum size of
zirconia bead can be selected is 0.3 mm.
