2.2-2.4, 2.4-2.6, 2.6-2.8, 2.8-3.0mm
Zirconia beads Grinding Media, is produced from imported
yttria-stabilized zirconia powder in sintered method, exhibiting
high crushing strength and wear resistance. Due to its high
density, high crushing strength and relative inertness to most non
acidic fluids, the zirconia beads can be more effectively used in
high speed agitation mills and horizonal grinding mills.
Smooth surface leads to low mill wear and longevity. Compatibility
with water based processing, as well as lower media disposal costs
due to its high wear resistance and thus less frequent need for
disposal. High cost is offset by low wear and minimal
contamination.
All these make zirconia beads an environmentally friendly grinding
media and the most cost effective media.
