1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic bead blasting media selected the high quality imported
zircon sand as main raw material,
then fused in an electric furnace under high temperature over 2000
degrees, finally made into
different mircobeads after the process of cooling,screening,rough
selection,inspection,packing.
Ceramic bead blasting media is one clean blasting media, it has the
characteristics of good impact
strength, good toughness, high hardness, smooth surface. Then it
can be recycled repeatedly,
its service life will be prolonged more than 20 times compared with
the one of glass beads.
Ceramic blasting media is especially suitable for metal finish in
the production and maintenance
of metal parts, and shot peening of light alloy parts.
It can be matched with various types of sandblasting machines for
its various particle sizes.
