DESCRIPTION
Ceramic bead blasting media is made of zircon sand as the main raw material, melted and blowed
into fine beads in a high-temperature furnace. It is a ceramic
media for sandblasting, metal satin finish, and surface
pretreatment. It has the characteristics of environmentally
friendly , durable, no dust, and no metal pollution.

FEATURES
1. Ceramic beads is spherical, with smooth surface. It has
excellent performance in sandblasting finishing on metal surfaces
and producing satin metallic luster.
We attach great importance to the control of the spherical
roundness of our ceramic beads, and newly purchased a roundness
tester to ensure that more than 85% of the balls have a roundness
of 0.7 or more.
2. The ceramic bead is light, but the hardness is high, which is
very suitable for metal sandblasting strengthening and forming of
titanium alloy, aluminum alloy and high temperature alloy.
3. It is more environmentally friendly, has no iron pollution to
the processed parts; produces less dust, cleans the working
environment, has no hidden dangers to the lungs, and is harmless to
the human body.
APPLICATION
Commonly used in glass molds, tire manufacturing and plastic
molding and other industrial molds cleaning, titanium alloy and
stainless steel processing parts and products (stainless steel
tableware, kitchen utensils), textile machinery parts, stamping and
forging molds, medical equipment and other metal products tools
sandblasting cleaning, surface finishing and surface pretreatment,
