BROWN ALUMINUM OXIDE FOR SANDBLAST DEBLURRING

The first grade 95 brown aluminum oxide is made of high-quality bauxite, coke (anthracite) and iron filings, and is crystallized by high-temperature melting in an electric arc furnace. Our production process is tilting furnace, Barmac crush type. It has characteristics of high hardness, high toughness, sharp grits, strong grinding force, high temperature resistance and high efficiency. It is an ideal abrasive for boned abrasives and sandblasting.

Blur removal of bakelite, plastic, zinc, aluminum die-casting, electronic parts, magnetic cores, etc.

The effect of sandblasting deburring is various. Due to the change of abrasive grain size, projection angle, speed and density, the effect of sandblasting process changes, and different effects can be achieved. Sand blasting can effectively deburr without damaging the surface of the workpiece and without changing the fineness of the surface of the workpiece.
