ZrO2,it is spherical in shape and
white color,and widely used in blasting and shot peening
application due to its high hardness and
lower energy consumption.

High hardness and High Durability
Zirconia Ceramic Beads has good spherical and high hardness,it is
not easy to be broken in
the blasting process, then it is more durable, it will offer at
least 20-30 times longer service life
compared with the one of glass beads.
Consistent Blasting Effect
Its lower breakdown rate ensures longer refuel interval,then the
beads in the blasting equipment
is more stable and consistent, then it finally offers more
consistent blasting effect with lower surface
toughness compared with other blasting media of glass beads and
steel shot;
No Ferrous Contamination
It contains zero iron,there is no ferrous contamination to the
treatment surface,it is able to replace
the steel shot where no ferrous contamination is not acceptable.

Ceramic beads generated low dust in blasting process,it offers a
