Ceramic shot peening beads Z150-Z850 for automotive and aerospace

The ceramic shot peening also call ceramic beads, are zirconia
based shot peening media, manufactured by electro-fusion at high
temperatures, are high wear and fracture-resistant, with ZrO2
60-66%, size from Z150 t0 Z850.
In the shot peening process, the surface is hammered with small
round shot media (steel shot, glass beads and ceramic beads).
Ceramic shot peening media is mainly used for in aerospace
industry, automotive industry and medical instrument.
