1. Product Description of Ceramic Beads Blasting
Ceramic Beads is also called as ceramic micro spheres,it selects
the high quality imported zircon sand as main raw material,then
fused in electric furnace,finally made into different beads by
special technology.
Ceramic beads has lower density of steel shot, and higher density
of glass beads,so it can make up their upper and lower blind
area,then it can replace glass beads where one more delicate and
lower roughness is required,or replace steel shot where ferrous
contamination is prohibited.
So ceramic beads is one popular blasting media.

4. Precautions for using ceramic sand for the first time
When using ceramic beads blasting media for the first time,please
kindly open 1/3 to 1/2 vest of dust collector,since ceramic beads
need the wind to be recycled in the blasting process. It is
different from other abrasives.
Please also kindly note that ceramic beads can be multiple
recycled,its service life can be prolonged 20-30 times compared the
one of glass beads.
Please pay attention to the quantity of ceramic beads or
its color in blasting machine, then refuel or replace it in time
accordingly to ensure the good blasting effect.
