DESCRIPTION
Ceramic beads is widely used as a sandblasting media and perform
efficiently in dry and wet sandblasting equipment.
It’s widely used for sandblasting to remove burrs, oxide scales,
and other impurities of die castings to achieve the effect of
surface cleaning.
Sandblasting by ceramic media also can improve the surface
adsorption, and achieve a matt effect.

APPLICATION
Ceramic sand can be used for sandblasting surface treatment of die
castings, which can not only remove burrs and dirt from the
product. At the same time, it can greatly improve the corrosion
resistance and fatigue strength of the product.

the pressure of compressed air, which is sprayed onto the surface
