1. Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting Media
The ceramic bead blasting media is obtained mianly from high
quality zirconium sand, melting and blending
in electric furnace under high temperature more than 2000 degrees,
then made into micro beads by the
special technology through screening, inspection, packing process.
It has the characteristics of high hardness,high durability and non
ferrous contamination. Then it is widely
used as blasting media where non-ferrious required in the working
process.
