Ceramic beads is one of popular sand blasting media for metal
surface treatment, and the sandblasting is
the more thorough, more versatile, faster, and more efficient
cleaning and surface treatment method.
Using ceramic beads as the blasting meida, is arbitrarily chosen
between different roughnesses, and other
processes have no way to achieve this.

FEATURES OF CERAMIC BEADS
Characteristics of metal surface blasting process with Ceramic
beads:
1. To sandblast with ceramic beads as media, the flexibility of
cleaning is large. It is easy to clean the inner and outer surfaces
of the complex workpiece and the inner wall of the pipe; and it is
not restricted by the site, it can be moved to the vicinity of the
extra large workpiece for cleaning.
2. Ceramic beads blasting consumes smaller energy comparing with
steel balls.
3. The ceramic bead blasting equipment structure is simple, the
investment of the whole machine is less, the wearing parts are
less, and the maintenance cost is low.
4. Metal surface blasting process with ceramic beads media has high
cleaning efficiency.
5. Other wet clean ways is easy to have moisture, easy to
embroider.
