1. Description
Ceramic beads blasting media is a new environment friendly
sandblasting material, it can be used to replace of glass beads,
about 12 times longer working life than glass beads, no dust, no
iron pollution, good toughness, good wear resistance and excellent
performance in sandblasting finish for metals like alu, alu alloy,
Titanium alloy, magnesium alloy, steel, stainless steel etc..
Ceramic beads blasting media can be used for watch cases and belt
sandblasting.

3. Applications
Ceramic beads blasting media B80 can be used for watch cases and
belt sandblasting.
The case of the watch divided by material, mainly including zinc
alloy case, copper case, steel case and titanium case.
Ceramic beads is widely used in the sandblasting of watch cases and
straps due to its smooth spherical appearance, good elasticity,
high toughness and non-breakability. It can obtain a smooth and
non-reflective satin texture, which greatly improves the texture of
the product. .
The watch case in the above picture is finished with ceramic beads
blasting media.
The sandblasted steel case and the sandblasted steel dial have the
earthy minerality of the concrete exterior wall.
The one-piece stainless steel strap is also sandblasted, and the
texture of the watch is born out of cement and minerals.
4. Applicable Equipment
Automatic sandblasting machineThe case crown can be sandblasted
with an automatic sandblasting machine, using ceramic beads B80 as
the sandblasting media, and using a multi-aperture swing nozzle to
sandblast the case from all angles, so as to achieve no dead angle
coverage.
Note: When the crown is sandblasted, the design of the fixture must
meet the requirements. It is necessary to ensure that the product
will not be blown off during sandblasting, and the root of the
crown cannot be sandblasted, because the crown involves waterproof
performance!
