1. Product Description
Ceramic beads is one round solid beads,it selects the high quality
zircon sand as main material, then
fused in arc furnace over 2000 degrees,finally screened into
different mircobeads by special technologies,
it is one clean and high efficient blasting media.
There is little dust generated in ceramic bead blasting
process,which will provide one clean and bright
working condition,also keep the worker escaping from the hidden
danger of silicosis. Then ceramic beads
usually replace glass beads where one clean working condition is
required.
Ceramic beads is also able to replace steel shot where non-ferrous
contamination is required.
It is one popular blasting meida.

4. How to judge the quality of ceramic beads?
Good ceramic beads has higher sphericity no less than 85%, the
beads are rounder seen from the beads’
shape.
Good ceramic beads also has in higher cleanliness no less than
99%,which will be sunk into the bottom of
water quickly. While the water in container is still cleaner,not
muddy.
The quality also can be judged easily from the appearance of beads,
