1. Product Description of Ceramic Blasting Media
Ceramic beads is one popular and cost-effective blasting media,it
selects the high quality zircon sand as main material,then fused in
electric furnace under high temperature over 2000 degrees,then made
into tiny beads by special technology.
The normal coarsest size is B20(0.600-0.850mm),the fine size is
B505(0.010-0.030mm),special size can be customized.
According to marketing demands,B40,B60,B120,B170 is more popular
than other ones.
Since there is little dust generated in whole blasting
process,ceramic beads will provide one clean and brighter working
condition,also ensures the worker escape from the hidden danger of
silicosis,then it is one clean and friendly blasting media,which
can replace glass beads where one clean working condition is
required.
There is also no ferrous contamination to the treated
work-pieces,so it can replace steel shots where ferrous
contamination is prohibited
