1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting
Ceramic blasting media selects the high quality zircon sand as main
material,then fused in electronic
furnace by special process.
Ceramic blasting media has the characteristics of smooth surface,
high hardness, good toughness,
it is not easy to be brokendown in the whole blasting process,then
providing one clean and bright working
condition,also ensures the worker to escape from the hidden danger
of silicosis.Meanwhile,it will also
reduce the treatment cost of solid waste.
In addition,ceramic bead blasting media has medium
density(3.85g/cm3),which is lower than the one of
steel shot(7.8g/cm3),but higher than the one glass
beads(2.5g/cm³),then providing medium jet impact
& larger spray coverage,finally reduces the consumption and Labor’s
intensity.
In a word,ceramic bead blasting is one high efficient and economic
blasting media.
