DESCRIPTION
Ceramic Beads is spherical ceramic abrasive sandblasting media, of
strong wear resistance, high toughness, and low-dust emission.
It’s iron free, and does not contaminate the treated metal parts
surface, especially applicable for steels and titanium alloy
surface treatment.
Surface sandblasting treatment with ceramic beads media can remove
the glare effect of the folding knife blade. And can prevent rust
and prevent the blade from being scratched.

Ceramic beads is of high hardness and small deformation. Its
vickers hardness is 650-900HV, with super high impact strength.
Ceramic beads is of low abrasion, long life, and good elasticity,
which can effectively reduce the frequency of material replacement
and reduce labor costs.
Ceramic beads is of iron free, no contamination or damage to
treated metal parts
No dust. It can effectively protect the environment and prevent
pollution, and will not harm the health of workers.
