1. Product Description of Ceramic Bead Blasting
Ceramic beads is also called as zirconium silicate ceramic beads,it
selected the high quality zircon sand
as main material,then fused in high furnace arc,finally made into
different microbeads by special technology.
It is one clean and high effective blasting media,which has the
outstanding features of higher hardness,
higher density,lower break-down rate.
There is little dust generated in the blasting process,so it can be
used to replace glass beads where one
clean and bright blasting condition is required.
The service life of ceramic beads can be prolonged 25-30 times
compared with the one of glass beads.
