The (zirconium) ceramic beads is made from zirconium sand, melting
and blending in the high temperature mine heat furnace, then made
to micro beads by special technology, its features are high
hardness, good elasticity, high gloss and high impact strength.

High efficiency
Ceramic beads is round and smooth,without damage the workpieces, it
has high hardness, long life and good elasticity, it could be
rebounded in multi angles in the process of sandblasting
,especially suitable for the complicated structure(Metal or plastic
workpieces), eliminate the stress and improve the fatigue life of
the workpiece.
High Price/ performance ratio
Compared to glass beads, the service life could be prolonged at
least 20- 30 times. The workpiece treated by ceramic beads will
achieve better visual effect and texture as well as lower toughness
compared with the one treated by glass beads.
The greater density of ceramic beads makes it higher modulus of
elasticity and greater impact energy,it will reduce shot peening
pressure and energy consumption to get the same shot peening
effect.
Only few ceramic beads will be broken in the process of usage,the
non-broken ones will maintain the original features in
shape,particle size,hardness as well as smoothness,then it is
recyclable,and can reduce the refueling times, improve working
efficiency,then finally save the production cost.
Compared to steel beads, it has superior smoothness,it can be used
in peening applications in the place of steel shots where ferrous
contamination is not acceptable.
Environmental protection
Not easy to break during sandblasting process, no dust, clean, and
no hidden danger of silicosis, it is harmless to the human body.
